Description
Very Superior Old Pale (VSOP) refers to cognacs that have been aged for at least four years. “Old” and “Reserve” are examples of VSOP classifications. Extra Old (XO) cognacs are manufactured from Eaux-de-vie that have been aged for at least six years.
